The company was founded in 1994 as a joint venture company between Simon (Dryers) Ltd., U.K. and Indian promoters with equal equity participation.

A. Production Unit
The company has set up a specialized production facility having modern machinery and skilled workforce, about 140 KM from Mumbai on Mumbai Agra road and near the industrial city of Nasik.
B. Research and Development Wing
Arrowhead is actively engaged in extensive R&D efforts to continuously add to, expand & upgrade its existing line of dryers. The company has established a wide ranging pilot plant set up on which every application is tried and studied in depth.
